Passaic Bergen Water Softening experienced a decent amount of growth in the years since 2004 but kept afloat an outdated, mismatched communications program that not only confused customers but gave hope to their competitors. Even more troubling, the company went through a name change that was not expressed clearly across all media.

Trillion analyzed all of the company’s existing marketing materials. All materials and advertising were redesigned and rewritten to give the Passaic Bergen Water Softening brand a fresh new look and clarity of voice.

RESULTS
