Larissa Montecuollo, a co-founder of Trillion, specializes in leading teams and organizations through impactful marketing and branding initiatives.
Throughout her career, Larissa’s outstanding marketing strategies have led to dramatic growth for her client’s businesses. Her approach to marketing is client-centric and mission-driven. She has exceptional project management skills and a keen understanding of marketing implementation and operations. She is passionate about creating strategies that optimize the user experience while ensuring the organization remains true to its brand identity. During campaign development for clients, she works closely with leadership, marketing, and creative teams to develop unique corporate messaging and comprehensive branded communications.
Larissa has broad marketing expertise that includes strategic marketing plan development, event marketing, and digital marketing campaigns. Her experience in the not-for-profit space, particularly in education and healthcare, has led to an extensive portfolio of work that includes solicitation campaigns, successful capital campaign initiatives, annual and impact reports, as well as alumni and strategic planning communications. In addition, her extensive marketing experience in the hospitality sector has led to custom branding campaigns for numerous restaurants, hotels, and world-class sports venues in major cities throughout the United States.
Larissa’s education spans the arts, IT, and business management. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rutgers University with a dual degree in Visual Arts and Information Technology and Information and a Master of Arts from New York University in Visual Arts Administration. Larissa also recently completed the Entrepreneurship Pioneers Initiative program at Rutgers Business School.
Her peers have continually recognized Larissa for exceptional design and marketing. She was honored to be named to NJ BIZ’s 40 under 40 list in 2022 and the NJ Ad Club’s Top Marketing Professional under 40 in 2020. Her work has been published in numerous design publications.
