Trillion is pleased to introduce Alyssa Picard, Marketing Coordinator. Our team is full of creative, interesting people, and we hope you enjoy getting to know our newest Trillionaire!
What led you to Trillion?
I always wanted to work for a marketing or creative agency, but after college, I ended up landing a job in the market research industry. When I left my role there, I took the opportunity to look for the kind of work that I had always wanted to do. I found Trillion; I loved the website, the sense of design, and the whole culture here. I’m really excited to be on the team and gaining experience working in an agency setting with clients of all different sizes and industries!
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
I find it rewarding to be able to help businesses improve through marketing efforts. I get to experience firsthand the impact that marketing can make, and it’s gratifying to see the growth and positive results we achieve for our clients.
How do you relax during time off?
Getting outside really helps me to de-stress, whether that means hiking, skiing, or just going on walks. I also enjoy spending quality time with family and friends!
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Definitely a night owl! I fit the cliche of being a night person; I am often more creative later in the day.
How do you stay creative and inspired?
One thing that helps me stay energized and inspired throughout the day is listening to my favorite music. From a marketing perspective, I love reading marketing blogs and staying on top of industry trends on LinkedIn. The Hubspot blog is one of my favorites–I find that their articles are easy to digest and straight to the point especially if you’re low on time!
Favorite food for stress eating?
Definitely mac and cheese! That has always been one of my go-to comfort foods.
What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness, which led me to pursue a minor in nutrition in addition to my marketing degree. I find it fascinating to learn more about the way different foods can fuel and benefit our bodies!
Any nutrition tips?
My biggest tips would be to make sure each meal contains a protein, a fat, and a carb. And stay away from diets! One crucial takeaway I’ve learned from dieticians and other experts is that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated. And you definitely shouldn’t have to cut out entire food groups in order to be healthy. It’s all about balance!
So you like to cook?
I love to cook. Some foods I’ve been enjoying recently are buffalo cauliflower, healthy bowls, and breakfast toasts (avocado toast never gets old!). When I’m looking for cooking inspiration, I always go to @halfbakedharvest on Instagram for ideas–she has the best recipes!
Alyssa and the rest of the team here at Trillion would love to bring their talents to your brand. Contact us today to start working with our award-winning team.
