PROJECT OVERVIEW

Trillion worked with the American Repertory Ballet and Princeton Ballet School to completely redesign their website. The goal was to make the website the primary communication hub for their multi-faceted not for profit organization.

After conducting a discovery exercise to reveal previous website traffic, key user groups, and related peer organizations, Trillion designed and implemented a customized WordPress solution for this ballet website design that included:

  • A custom interactive calendar showing the school’s children, adults and special summer programming classes at four different locations
  • An automated promotional calendar for upcoming performances, outreach and support events
  • A robust sponsorship acknowledgment system for the fundraising team
  • Landing/entry pages for the three main divisions within the organization: the company, the school and the access and enrichment division
  • A database of faculty, staff, alumni and dancers who are featured throughout the website
  • Site-wide messages for important notifications such as inclement weather closures
  • Multi-media galleries for videos and photography
  • A comprehensive multi-media archive of the ballet company’s current and past repertory
