PROJECT OVERVIEW

For the third consecutive year, Trillion helped The Little Red School House and The Elisabeth Irwin High School with their annual report. The yearly annual report acknowledges the generous donations of parents, grandparents, alumni and staff but more importantly, focuses on the entire community’s involvement in the betterment of the school. This year’s theme, “Say YES! to the annual fund,” was illustrated by highlighting the different ways the community can say yes to the annual fund: with donations, volunteering, in-kind gifts, and alumni participation to name a few. We also created a board-game-inspired infographic that highlighted the year-long activities of the annual fund committee. Halfway through the year, a first draft of the annual report, called a printer’s proof, is mailed to the community and serves as a gentle reminder for those who have not yet made their contribution. It also allows for the community to self-proofread their information and confirm they have been correctly listed in the report. View the entire report online >

RESULTS

Since Trillion’s involvement in the annual fund, LREI has surpassed its yearly fundraising goal for the year. LREI reached a particularly impressive milestone this year, raising over $1.3 million, the most ever raised for the school through the annual fund.
