NFP is recognized as the ninth largest insurance broker in the world, a leading provider of independent life insurance, executive benefits, investment advisory services, and a leading independent broker-dealer. In designing NFP’s employee benefits enrollment program, Towers Watson needed the program to appeal to all levels of NFP’s enterprise: from entry-level to senior executives.
Working closely with Towers Watson, Trillion was chosen to create the employee benefits graphic design which included the brand identity and implemented brand guidelines for the program. These were then applied to a full communications campaign, including informational brochures, guide books, mailing inserts, mailing envelopes, letters, forms, online promotions, PowerPoint template, and more.
Considering NFP’s complex network of staff and senior personnel, the program had to be targeted to various employee levels with custom benefits information and personalization required for each. That meant a newly hired, entry-level employee would receive a completely different benefits package from a senior executive with years of experience under his or her belt.
Trillion designed, managed and contracted all of the printing, distribution, quality assurance and mail house services. The job demanded strict attention to every detail in order to ensure on-time delivery and, most importantly, with the correct information provided.

RESULTS
The program’s design and materials was awarded with a Platinum Hermes Award presented to only the most outstanding entries in the international design competition which recognizes excellence in terms of quality, creativity, and resourcefulness. It has also been recognized by Graphic Design USA and awarded an American Graphic Design Award.
