Trillion Creative partner and creative director, Larissa Montecuollo, was named among NJ Ad Club’s Jersey’s Best Marketing and Communications Professionals under 40. The NJ Ad Club, established in 1958, has selected just 34 professionals in New Jersey for this honor. Larissa was nominated for her leadership, ingenuity, dedication and enthusiasm as well as for her accomplishments and success in marketing and communications, including design, digital and social. Larissa has had substantial impact on the industry—all before reaching the age of 40.

“Her marketing expertise has helped so many businesses…”

“The entire Trillion team is very proud of Larissa’s accomplishments and the NJ Ad Club’s recognition of her work and her impact on the industry,” said Lou Leonardis, partner and creative director at Trillion. “Her marketing expertise has helped so many businesses and it’s nice that she is being included among the best in the state with the award.”

Larissa Montecuollo, Partner & Creative Director at Trillion

Larissa is a no-nonsense creative director who is passionate about leading her clients to success. With her mission-driven approach to marketing, she lifts the burden of marketing and branding from the shoulders of the many businesses that she helps. She takes great pride in transforming businesses through strategic marketing initiatives that lead to significant ROI for Trillion’s clients.

Only .1% of creative agencies in the United States have been founded by women, Trillion being one of them. Larissa has never seen these stark figures as a barrier for entry and has successfully built a thriving creative agency in New Jersey. She hopes that other female creatives will look to her as inspiration to dream big and create businesses of their own.

She has been board president of Spark Design Professionals where she donated her time and was instrumental in leading the organization for three years, building the board, increasing membership, and attracting the most notable design consultants in the country to the organization.

In looking to the future, as Larissa continues to build Trillion, she is also volunteering her time as a member of the professional advisory board of Bergen County Technical Schools. She is developing the first UI/UX program in the country for high school students that will expand the level of excellence for which the school is known.

Larissa Montecuollo and the Trillion team have previously won other awards presented by NJ Ad Club. Just last year the team was awarded first place in the self-promotion category at their annual Jersey Awards competition for the Instant Turkey Thanksgiving Mailer. Also, Larissa’s business partner, Lou Leonardis, was part of the 2015 group of top marketing professionals under 40.
