Trillion planned, redesigned and developed the Paper Mill Playhouse website. The goal was to create a website that made it streamlined to sell tickets, better for sorting and registering for classes, and easier to administrate and manage.

First, we conducting a discovery exercise to reveal previous website traffic, key user groups, and related peer organizations. Then Trillion created a customized WordPress solution for this premiere regional theater website design that included:

  • A custom interactive calendar showing classes for kids, teens, and adults as well as special summer programming classes
  • Integration with a third-party ticketing platform in order to market and sell tickets more efficiently
  • A robust sponsorship acknowledgment system for the fundraising team
  • Customized subscription package and membership sales process with WooCommerce integration and customization
  • Site-wide messages for important notifications such as inclement weather closures
  • Support for custom Google and Facebook ad campaign pixel tracking
