Since its founding, Trillion has attributed its growth and high client satisfaction to its commitment to innovation and hunger for new knowledge. Trillion is pleased to announce company partners Larissa Montecuollo and Lou Leonardis’ recent graduation from the intensive Entrepreneurship Pioneers Initiative (EPI) program offered at Rutgers Business School.
Larissa and Lou were accepted into and pursued the program further to expand Trillion’s understanding of business and the management of their customers’ needs. The EPI program is a competitive nine-month program only available for first-generation entrepreneurs who are conducting business in New Jersey for at least two years.
“As soon as we learned about the Rutgers Business School’s program, we were immediately interested in applying. The EPI program took a lot of strategic thinking and hard work that I know will benefit our company and clients,” says Lou Leonardis.
The EPI program delivers a powerful blend of intensive training, business counseling, financial guidance, peer collaboration, and networking – all focused on helping participants develop a detailed strategic growth plan and the technical, operational, and management skills to successfully implement it. Participants of the EPI program engage with experts in the field, learning more about customer management, finance and accounting, strategic management, and more.
Larissa, who is also a Rutgers undergrad Alumna, says, “I am proud of graduating from another program through Rutgers. We’ve gained priceless knowledge that I am confident will translate to a higher level of value for our clients now and in the years to come.”
