PROJECT OVERVIEW

Birch Family Services empowers individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. They support more than 2,000 individuals and their families each day throughout New York City with specialized schools, employment programs, supportive housing, and family support.

The non-profit organization was seeking a strategic brand refresh and a new website to better tell their story and to assist with their marketing efforts. Trillion interviewed parents and staff as well as individuals within specific programs that the organization provides. A clear brand strategy was established and a verbal and visual identity built around it.

The refreshed identity helps breathe new energy into this special organization on their newly redesigned website, at their school locations, at major fundraising events, career recruitment events and beyond. The website now allows for easy updating and new content inclusion, something that was a challenge on their old website.
