PROJECT OVERVIEW

Aramark, one of the largest food service providers in the world, creates memorable food experiences at Citi Field stadium, home of New York’s National League baseball team. Aramark hired Trillion to redesign catering menus for the stadium’s suites areas, event spaces, and catering/special events departments. Trillion worked with Aramark and the Citi Field team to develop three branded menu systems. We also art directed a two-day photoshoot with Christina Zen Photography which consisted of select dishes and chef action shots included in the new menus. The final menus were uploaded to FlipSnack, an online platform that allows for easy online viewing, and also accessible in suites via a QR code printed on table toppers.
