Nursery School Admissions Direct Mail Package

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Like all private nursery schools in New York City, The First Presbyterian Church Nursery School has a year-long student admissions process. Typically, throughout this time there are many in-person touchpoints: visits to the school, meetings with faculty and staff, interviews, playdates, and more. But this process had to be completely rethought during the pandemic when in-person meetings were no longer an option.

First Pres came to Trillion to create a mailable package for students and parents that provided families with a way to stay connected to the school and experiences they offer. Trillion designed a custom box mailer which included a wooden bird musical toy, a personalized letter, and a postcard with instructions to view a music class created especially for the recipients.

Parents and prospective students were thrilled with the surprise delivered to their mailboxes. It was such a success that First Pres plans to incorporate special mailers into their future admissions process.
