A special improvement district serving downtown Newark needed a website that reflected the area’s excitement and possibility while presenting a wide range of programs, events, and activities in an organized, engaging, and user-friendly way.

A Vibrant, Community-Driven Website

Trillion designed a custom WordPress site with an architecture that puts current offerings, like seasonal and annual events, at the forefront to support the marketing around them, and refreshed imagery including video to reflect the district’s vibrancy, variety, and creativity. Trillion built a community calendar that lets anyone submit events with an admin review feature to ensure relevance, plus a newly updated Downtown Directory that showcases district businesses with category filters and a map view.
