PROJECT OVERVIEW
Since 1965, the Titusville Playhouse has been providing professional, quality entertainment on Florida’s Space Coast. They currently occupy a 282-seat theater as well as a 300-seat open-air pavilion with amphitheater-style seating and produce over 15 shows annually.
Titusville Playhouse worked with Trillion to improve the overall design aesthetic of the website and brand, present content on the website in new ways to inspire ticket sales, and streamline the website’s administrative tasks. We were also able to translate the new website design into their Tessitura TNEW platform for a seamless ticket purchase process and integrate it with their Prospect2 email marketing platform.
The website experience now better reflects the quality of their shows and provides more organized information for prospective audience members and donors. Automated processes like having shows publish and expire on a schedule, site-wide notices for sharing important things like emergency closures, and quick logins so patrons can quickly display their e-tickets at the door have made the Titusville Playhouse website redesign a huge success.
In addition to the website, Trillion also created the refreshed brand identity, logo, animated email signature, stationery materials, and email marketing templates.
