Turning a Year of Relief Into a Report Donors Could Feel

Razom had never produced a printed impact report, yet it needed to show thousands of new supporters how their donations were saving lives during Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The challenge was translating an enormous volume of humanitarian relief into a single piece that felt both credible and emotionally moving.

Razom is a U.S.-based not-for-profit whose mission is to unlock Ukraine’s potential and build toward a more prosperous, democratic nation, with the name meaning “together” in Ukrainian.

A 12-Page Impact Report Built on Stories and Data

Trillion wrote and designed an eye-catching 12-page impact report that shared moving stories of humanitarian relief, impressive accomplishments, and the sheer volume of activity and support Razom delivered during its fiscal year. The finished piece was mailed to top donors, shared with partners, and published on Razom’s website for all to see.

The impact report earned a GDUSA American Graphic Design Award in the Annual and Corporate Reports category. Razom later shared that, after presenting the report to another nonprofit winding down its operations, it was chosen over two other organizations to receive the remaining assets.
