Making a New Facility Feel Real to Donors

After outgrowing several aging buildings, the center had the land for a new home but still had to convince supporters to fund it. The capital campaign needed printed materials that could make an unbuilt facility feel tangible and worth backing.

Ossining Children’s Center has provided high-quality early childhood care and learning to the Ossining, NY community for more than 120 years, and recently secured donated land overlooking the Hudson River to build a new, consolidated facility.

Designing the Case for Support

Working with Heller Fundraising, Trillion designed a case for support led by a custom die-cut cover showing a student gazing from the center’s window toward the new riverfront view. Inside, a multi-page spread presented architectural renderings alongside customizable inserts for detailed financials and key supporters. Trillion also art directed a photoshoot capturing children of all ages and their caretakers.
