Turning a Year of Community Support Into a Story

For the third consecutive year, the school needed an annual report that would acknowledge the generous donations of parents, grandparents, alumni, and staff while focusing on the whole community’s role in bettering the school. The year’s theme, ‘Say YES! to the annual fund,’ needed to come to life.

Little Red School House and Elisabeth Irwin High School (LREI) is a private school in New York City supported by a committed community of parents, grandparents, alumni, and staff.

Annual Report and Infographic Design

Trillion illustrated the theme by highlighting the many ways the community can say yes to the annual fund, through donations, volunteering, in-kind gifts, and alumni participation, and created a board-game-inspired infographic of the committee’s year. A printer’s proof mailed mid-year served as a gentle reminder and let community members confirm their listings.

Results

Since Trillion’s involvement in the annual fund, LREI has surpassed its yearly fundraising goal, reaching an impressive milestone of over $1.3 million, the most ever raised for the school through the annual fund.
