The Challenge: An Invitation That Builds Excitement

To fill a major fundraising gala, the invitation has to make a strong first impression and get supporters genuinely excited to attend. Sometimes that means going big on the invitation itself.

Friendship Circle, an organization that helps children and teens with special needs, worked with Trillion on the invitation for its Miracles & Magic event, a fundraiser that transformed the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, NJ into a sparkling, lights-filled nightclub.

The Solution: An Oversized, Foil-Stamped Package

Trillion designed an oversized invite that was foil stamped, custom mounted, and inserted into a custom converted glossy envelope with a red interior. By working closely with Friendship Circle and their print vendor, Trillion completed the unique invitation package quickly and within budget.

Results

The Miracles & Magic invitation earned a bronze award from the Summit International Awards in the invitation category, a competition that received over 5,000 submissions from 25 countries. It was also recognized by Graphic Design USA and awarded an American Graphic Design Award.
