Repositioning a Specialized Compliance FirmA niche healthcare law compliance company needed a brand that made its singular specialization unmistakable. The work had to define that positioning clearly enough to establish the firm as a market leader.Polaris is a global healthcare law compliance company headquartered in New York City that hired Trillion for its corporate rebranding.Strategy, Identity, and a New WebsiteTrillion began with stakeholder, employee, and customer interviews and a competitive analysis, using the findings to define Polaris's positioning statement, mission statement, and key differentiators. Trillion then designed a new logo and brand identity, provided brand assets to Door3, the strategic partner rebuilding the flagship software, and produced new collateral including stationery, presentation materials, tradeshow booths, product sell sheets, social media properties, and a responsive website.

The Challenge: A Brand Ready for a New EraAs the organization welcomed a new Executive Director and marked its 50th anniversary, it needed a brand that reflected where it was headed. Trillion was asked to assess the existing mental health branding and lead a comprehensive rebrand and name change.CBH Care is a mental health organization that was marking its 50th anniversary and a leadership transition when it turned to Trillion for a rebrand.The Solution: Workshop-Led Rebrand and Name ChangeTrillion ran a two-day branding workshop with leadership to assess the current brand, build a SWOT analysis, and shape new positioning, then interviewed internal and external stakeholders to test positioning statements and logo directions. Trillion developed a visual identity centered on quality and compassion, with a bright, expansive palette, bold and approachable messaging, and a custom icon set designed to communicate beyond language.

The Challenge: A Visual Identity That Matches the ReputationEarly childhood education is changing, and a trusted school's brand has to keep pace with the reputation it has earned. The school needed an updated visual identity that better aligned with its prestigious standing and the growth and caring environment it offers.The First Presbyterian Church Nursery School, founded in 1952, offers a non-sectarian program for children of the downtown New York City community and follows the Reggio Emilia educational philosophy.The Solution: A Hand-Drawn Identity Rooted in GrowthTrillion worked with the school's staff to develop a new visual identity that evokes growth and a caring environment. The team created a hand-drawn tree logo built from the school's name, along with a construction paper illustration featuring the city landscape. Trillion also designed a stationery system, marketing materials, and a recruitment table cover.

The Challenge: Admissions Materials That Stand Apart From Competing SchoolsAn all-girls independent school needed an admissions viewbook and a strategic plan design that looked and sounded different from competing schools in the area, while staying flexible enough to use across multiple academic years.The Hewitt School, an elite Upper East Side all-girls private school in New York City, asked Trillion to create the viewbook and launch its new strategic plan.The Solution: A Blueprint-Themed Viewbook With Flexible InsertsAfter art-directing a photoshoot throughout the school and interviewing faculty, students, alumnae, and parents, Trillion created a blueprint-themed viewbook that highlighted what makes the school special. The oversized viewbook featured a pocket folder with business card slits to hold flexible inserts, letting the school keep content current across two academic years. Trillion also created a matching strategic plan design to insert into the back of the viewbook and coordinated its mailing to parents, alumnae, and other academic institutions around the US.

The Challenge: A Brochure That Conveys LuxuryA luxury construction company needs print collateral that signals craftsmanship and quality in every detail, from the words on the page to the finish of the paper.
