Turning a Season Lineup Into Subscriber SalesPromoting a full season of shows means giving loyal patrons a reason to commit before single tickets go on sale. The season ticket brochure has to carry the lineup, convey the theater's reputation, and open subscriptions ahead of the general public.Paper Mill Playhouse, a Tony Award-winning regional theater, turned to Trillion once again as its subscriber brochure design partner for a series of self-mailer brochures promoting the season lineup.A Tactile Self-Mailer Built to Sell the SeasonTrillion designed the look and feel of the brochures and moved to a satin-coated, more tactile paper. The copy paired promotional language about the Tony Award-winning regional theater with creative descriptions of each scheduled show, presented subscriber benefits, and let season tickets be purchased ahead of individual tickets. The promotional mail panel helped kick off sales of the new season.

The Challenge: Becoming the Destination for Private EventsThe restaurant wanted to become the destination for baby and bridal showers in North Jersey, which meant a consistent, ongoing marketing effort rather than one-off promotions. Trillion was brought in to develop a monthly restaurant marketing plan with near-term and long-term goals.Mulberry House Restaurant is a North Jersey venue that hosts private events such as baby and bridal showers and tea tastings. The Solution: A Monthly Marketing EngineTrillion staged a photo shoot of the cuisine, restaurant, and atmosphere, applied the images to the existing website, and refreshed content and search-friendly metadata. Each month Trillion executes the marketing calendar: keeping the website current and promoting special events, creating new optimized web pages, coordinating social posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, managing targeted email campaigns, and producing in-store materials.ResultsWithin the first year, the average number of on-premise private events increased as much as 300% monthly and continued to climb. Half of all parties are now booked without patrons needing to visit the restaurant, saving the owners time and money.

A year after relaunch, Trillion designed the press kit and the package for his first product, Minnesota Wild Rice Griddle Cakes.ResultsSince the brand relaunch, Chef Franco Lania has secured writing positions at the Huffington Post and Omaha Steaks and has headlined cooking shows and festivals around the US.
