Summit Physical Therapy is a private physical therapy practice based in New Jersey. They reached out to Trillion for help building brand awareness and attracting new patients to the practice, with a focus on athletes and patients with specific ailments like TMJ and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Their website did not rank for many sport or ailment-specific search terms, social engagement was minimal, and the client lacked a consistent strategy to target new patients in the surrounding communities. Trillion focused on content generation, search engine optimization, and social media marketing to provide potential patients with valuable information about various ailments and how they can be treated with physical therapy.

Content Marketing

Trillion knew that potential patients often search for information about ailments before reaching out to a physical therapist. We collaborated with the client to produce targeted blog content around injury prevention, pain management, and recovery to capitalize on potential patient searches for these topics. In addition to blog content, we also created and optimized ailment-specific service pages on the client’s site, including services like cycling physical therapy and pelvic floor physical therapy.

As part of our search engine optimization strategy, we identified trending and local keywords and incorporated them into page copy, meta descriptions, and headers to rank higher on search engines for terms like “knee pain when cycling” and “physical therapy summit nj.”

Social Media Marketing

In addition to search engines, we knew that potential patients often utilize social media channels to find out more about their ailment and potential treatment options. Trillion collaborated with Summit PT’s team of physical therapists to film topical reels featuring tips and information about specific ailments and injuries. We then published and boosted those reels across their social channels to capture the attention of people searching for these topics. Additionally, we leveraged local hashtags, geotagging, trending audio, and other in-app features to boost reach and connect with nearby users.
