Summit Physical Therapy is a private physical therapy practice serving Union, Essex, and Morris Counties in New Jersey. They reached out to Trillion for help with their marketing, with the goal of increasing their client base and building brand awareness.
Trillion worked closely with the owners to refine the practice’s brand identity, reinvigorate all language and content strategy, as well as strengthen Summit Physical Therapy’s search engine optimization rankings. We continue to work with the team as their outsourced marketing team to build upon each success with measurable actions and analytics that would make most businesses jealous. Trillion provides strategic guidance and ongoing marketing supervision.
Trillion also runs ongoing ads on Google and Facebook, targeting specific conditions that Summit Physical Therapy excels in treating, including ACL injuries, pelvic floor strength, and tennis elbow. For each of the ads, our team establishes dedicated landing pages and carefully tracks all metrics in order to optimize performance. We also manage their social media calendars, advise them on their web content, and create print mailers that are sent to local doctors’ offices.
RESULTS
Summit Physical Therapy achieved a 94% increase in new patients from internet sources (social, Google, and website listings). New patient traffic rose 31% from physician referrals and 13% as a result of word-of-mouth recommendations, resulting in an impressive 22% overall increase in practice revenue.
