PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Madison Area YMCA, of Madison, NJ, sought Trillion’s expertise in not for profit direct mail to create their end of year annual appeal. The annual appeal was mailed to the entire Madison Area YMCA service area with the goals of the piece to raise awareness of the diverse programs that the YMCA supports and to generate donations from the community.
The annual appeal package contained a full color envelope which was designed to increase open rates, a colorful “Top 10 Ways the Madison Area YMCA Makes a Different in Our Community” insert to educate the recipient on programs and services that the YMCA offers, a personalized letter containing the ask and a personalized reply card for donations. Trillion, as the annual appeal designer, helped develop the theme of the appeal, designed the full package and then facilitated the printing and mailing of the campaign.
