Refreshing a Brand to Tell a Bigger Story

A growing human services nonprofit needed its brand and website to better tell its story and support marketing across many programs. The old website also made updating and adding content a challenge.

Birch Family Services empowers individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, supporting more than 2,000 individuals and their families each day across New York City through specialized schools, employment programs, supportive housing, and family support.

A Stakeholder-Informed Identity and Site

Trillion interviewed parents, staff, and individuals within specific programs, then established a clear brand strategy with a verbal and visual identity built around it. The refreshed identity now lives on a redesigned website and extends to school locations, major fundraising events, and career recruitment events. The new site allows for easy updating and new content inclusion, something that was a challenge on the old website.
