A trusted cafe and catering brand was moving into a new all-natural pizza venture. The new logo needed to feel connected to the existing brand while standing on its own. The challenge was continuity with a fresh, distinct flair.

Pizza by cer té is an all-natural pizza concept created by cer té cafe, a long-time Trillion client extending its brand into a new offering.

The Solution: A Connected but Distinct Logo

Trillion designed the Pizza by cer té logo to maintain continuity with the existing cer té cafe and catering logo while giving it its own flair. The addition of a basil leaf paired the welcoming, warm color palette and type treatment of cer té with a heavier, more robust treatment for the word pizza. The result reads as part of the family and as something new.
